When a married woman with a secret past meets an obsessed teenager with raging hormones no one walks away unscathed in Marcus Yi's sexually-charged Pretty Little Mouth, a cautionary tale about the dangers of getting in over one's head, both figuratively and literally. A Living Room Theater production, written and directed by Yi, Pretty Little Mouth will be performed on Monday, February 18th at 6pm, Thursday, February 21st at 7.15pm and Saturday, February 23rd at 2pm as part of John Chatterton's Short Play Midwinter Madness Festival. The Festival will take place at Roy Arias Stage II, at 300 W. 43rd St., 4th floor, near 8th Avenue. Emily, a woman in her mid-thirties, is living her dream. She is married to a loving husband, with all her needs provided for, passing her days giving music lessons. She is quite content. If she happened to be heavily involved in the S&M club scene years earlier, that's all behind her now. At least until one of her students, a 15 year-old boy named John, learns about her past. He threatens to expose her unless she relieves him of his virginity - and he has no plans of stopping with that one favor. As John gets more and more demanding, Emily must decide if it's worth saving her marriage, or if she will instead teach John a lesson he will never forget. Pretty Little Mouth is definitely NOT recommended for young children! The cast of Pretty Little Mouth features Tiffany Terrell, Brian Knoebel, Danielle Ma, Kaitlin Stern and Molly Grace Byrnes. The running time of the show is approximately 60 minutes.
